The LBC Program provides opportunities for participants to develop new ways of thinking about key community issues, develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others, and interact with a wonderfully diverse group of leaders, each of whom has discovered a unique way to connect and lead.  Since 1982, over 600 people have become more effective leaders and have become more involved in the community through LBC.
